Photographs can be more than a snapshot or a document of reality. Photographers CAN tell stories and evoke emotions with images... cameras cannot do it very well on their own. I try to use the Vulcan Mind Meld technique to combine the camera's image with the one that resides behind my eye lid. I try to capture the precise moment in time where a single frame can begin to tell the story and then complete the narrative in the digital darkroom process.
