Reflections Dance Company

Reflections Dance Company of Ely began as Molly Olson's dream of creating a multi-media performance featuring water. In August 2018 the dream became reality in the Vermilion Community College theater with the performance of Reflections on Water, which included dance, orchestral and choral music, poetry readings, and video graphics projected onto a background screen as well as a display of local visual artists' work in the lobby. It was so well-received that plans began right away to establish a dance company offering classes in ballet, interpretive dance, acro-dance, and jazz, and to produce another performance in 2019. On August 8-11 "Looking Skyward" will be performed at VCC.
